This past few days have been challenging. I spent the afternoon at my Primary Care Duke Clinic trying to determine what is causing myalgia is my left leg. This has been occurring for about six weeks. X-rays, ultrasound, and blood analysis all are normal. There are times that the pain will double me over.

On top of that my voice has become weak. No pain. No irritation. Just a soft voice. Voice changing at 68?

I have decided that I need comfort food tonight. Linda and I will relax and watch Six Feet Under. Lots of Big Bit love is first on the agenda.

Have a good evening everyone.
